CKD Kit - gear pumps within 24 hours

In this area, we also continue to work very closely with Bosch Rexroth, which has prepared a CKD programme for its certified business partners. This includes selected versions of the high-performance and high-quality AZPF series of external gear hydraulic pumps. The principle of the programme is to assemble the required pumps from stock original spare parts in a modular form.
The offered pumps cover a range of geometric volumes from 4.0 to 22.5 cc, their aluminium body is rated for a maximum continuous pressure of up to 250 bar (depending on the variant). A great advantage is the standard anti-corrosion treatment of the body of all available pumps. Several types of face flanges are available (e.g. rectangular or SAE-A) and shafts with splines as well as in conical design. Of course, multi-stage pumps can be installed in the classic tandem connection of two pumps as well as three pumps.
A major advantage of the CKD pumps is the unrivalled speed of delivery compared to the standard product range. This is particularly appreciated by customers in emergency situations, where every day of downtime can mean high financial losses. We are thus normally able to assemble and dispatch the required pump within 24 hours of ordering, or even faster in urgent cases (depending on the specific agreement with the customer).
As a very interesting alternative, this program can also be used to assemble functionally equivalent Rexroth pumps to gear pumps from other manufacturers, according to the label or documentation supplied by the customer. In this way, we are also able to satisfy very quickly the requirements of customers who do not use Rexroth pumps in their machines so far.
